In Q1 of 2021 Wetta Ventures acquired three parcels totaling 10.5 acres just north of the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and adjacent to the Santan Freeway (Loop 202) to design and build a 146,887 SF Class A Warehouse/Distribution Building.  This $16,000,000 project was completed in Q2 of 2022 and sold to a REIT.
