In 2019 Wetta Ventures entered a long-term ground lease with the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority for 3.70 acres of runway accessible land.  In Q4 of 2020 construction was completed on a $13,500,000, 52,000-square foot commercial aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (“MRO”) hangar with office space.  The hangar is currently leased to Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation.
