S SWC Pecos AND SOSSAMAN ROADS, MESA AZ

In December of 2021, Wetta Ventures acquired 28 acres of heavy industrial zoned land for $7,080,000 located just south of the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and adjacent to Union Pacific Railroad.  Plans involved a lot split for a two-building industrial development, one for a cross dock/truck terminal for a national logistics user, and the other for a speculative light warehouse/distribution building.  Ultimately, the logistics user sought control of the whole 28 acres resulting in a sale to them for $15,500,000 in February 2024.
