This 2014 project was a private-public partnership with Arizona State University wherein Wetta Ventures completed a $1,500,000 adaptive reuse of a 1952 vintage, 7,323 square foot elementary school to a restaurant building. This unique property located in the heart of the ASU campus is occupied by Postino Winecafe and Snooze, an AM Eatery.
