DAVID WETTA
FOUNDER
Wetta Ventures was established in 2012 to capitalize on opportunities in real estate investment and development in Arizona. The Company has successfully executed projects in the retail, office, industrial, and aviation sectors. Those projects involved lease restructurings, land entitlements, land leases, adaptive reuse, renovation, and new construction.
Prior to the creation of Wetta Ventures, David Wetta spent 28 years working for national commercial real estate investment brokerage firms in many capacities; investment sales, designated broker, sales manager, executive management, and board member. Mr. Wetta earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial & Office Properties, the ASU President’s Club, Sun Devil Family Association, and is a Court Appointed Special Advocate of Maricopa County.

PAUL SALINAS
PARTNER
Paul Salinas is a Partner with Wetta Ventures, responsible for several facets of their commercial real estate developments including financial underwriting, market analytics, zoning and entitlements, pre-construction, acquisition due diligence and asset management.
As a seasoned professional with more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience, Paul is known for his patience, diligent follow-up, integrity and relentless pursuit of development opportunities. Since joining Wetta Ventures in early 2013, the company has purchased nine properties to develop, re-develop or adaptively reuse in the Phoenix metro area totaling approximately $75 million.
Before joining Wetta Ventures, Paul held numerous positions with national commercial real estate firms. Mr. Salinas' roles and responsibilities included financial analytics, due diligence, research, and project management.
Mr. Salinas attended the London School of Economics and earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University. He is actively involved with NAIOP and Child Crisis Arizona.

BOB DAHLSTROM
PARTNER
Bob Dahlstrom brings over 45 years of construction management and real estate development & investment experience to Wetta Ventures. His career roles have included Project Management; Regional & National Management; Executive & Partner level Leadership and Boards of Directors.
After receiving his B.S. in Business Management from Arizona State University, his career started within the real estate & construction industries of Minneapolis, Minnesota, his hometown. Ultimately, he relocated to Southern California where he was actively involved in local, regional and national construction management and general contracting.
For the past 25 years, Bob helped lead and manage Clune Construction to its’ current prominent position as one of the top general contractors in the nation. Clune Construction is located in Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York and Washington, D.C., and has current annual revenues in excess of $1.2 Billion. There are currently over 600 employees, with over 50% ESOP ownership.
Throughout Bob’s career, he adhered to unwavering ethical standards; maintained strong and positive relationships with clients, employees, industry partners and strived to lead with integrity, honesty and consistency. In 2019, Clune Construction was Ranked #1 Best Place to Work in Los Angeles by the LA Business Journal.
Bob also served on the Board of Goodwill Southern California for 10 years.
