This iconic design, purpose-built restaurant property provides the primary food and beverage amenity for the 42-acre SkySong mixed-use development.  Wetta Ventures entered a long-term ground lease with University Realty, LLC (an Arizona State University affiliate) in 2016 and constructed a $5,500,000, 12,000 square foot building with 7,500 square feet of patio and open space, and 3,000 square feet of edible garden.  It is occupied by four unique local restaurant tenants.
