Breaking ground in summer 2024 at the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, an approximate 98,000-square feet of light and flex industrial space (small/shallow bay) in two buildings. The buildings will have 28 foot clear height, tremendous exposure along Sossaman Road and plenty of power and parking spaces.
