This 12,700 square foot, two-story commercial building was built in 1967 and represents a notable example of mid-century modern Phoenix architecture.  In 2014, with a $4,000,000 investment Wetta Ventures acquired, renovated, and fully restored its original design . CB20 is currently occupied by four tenants in the office, retail, and medical sectors.
