Acquired in late 2012, this Wetta Ventures project consisted of a 1,700 square foot new construction Starbucks drive-thru, an adaptive reuse of a 1948, 4,075 square foot church into a restaurant, and an adaptive reuse of a 1955, 3,518 square foot school into a -retail shop.  This 4.5 million dollar development was subsequently sold to a private investor.
