In 2019 Wetta Ventures entered a long-term ground lease with the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority for 3.70 acres of runway accessible land.  Later in the year, construction started on a 13.5 million dollar, 52,000-square foot commercial aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (“MRO”) hangar with office space scheduled for completion and immediate occupancy by a tenant in late summer 2020.
